One of our great colleagues will be away on leave for the next year, therefore – we are now looking for an engaged and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a temporary position. In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner in Sweden, you will be part of an international team with main focus in the Nordics and with colleagues in Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Portugal. You will also work closely with colleagues within the People team in Sweden. As a Talent Acquisition Partner with us, you will have a broad role with responsibility for both operational recruitment and other projects, such as recruitment for trainee programs and other initiatives that contribute to us having the competence we need in the long term.
You will work closely with our recruiting leaders and function as an expert and partner in recruitment and talent acquisition in both small and large matters. We are in an exciting development phase and believe that you thrive in an environment characterized by high pace and strong commitment.
The role is a temporary position for about one year (from June 2025).
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a great interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, with previous experience in the field. You are confident in your knowledge and have a good understanding of what is required in meetings with our leaders as well as our candidates. You can see the big picture in a complex organization and like to work purposefully with a high degree of structure and accuracy. You thrive in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and have a good ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing.
Furthermore, we believe that you have:
- Education in Human Resources, organizational psychology, business administration or similar
- Experience working in ATS
- Experience working with assessment such as AON or similar vendors
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
